Military Personnel, Naval Reserve For pay, allowances, clothing, subsistence, gratuities, and travel, as authorized by law, for personnel of the Naval Reserve on active duty while undergoing reserve training, or while performing drills or equivalent duty, regular and contract enrollees in the Naval Reserve Officers’ Training Corps; and retainer pay authorized by the Act of August 13, 1946 (34 U. S. C. 1020h); $63,300,000: Provided, That, in addition, not to exceed $2,893,000 may be transferred to this appropriation from the appropriation for “Military personnel, officer candidates”, fiscal years 1953–54.
