Ordnance for New Construction (Liquidation of Contract Authorization) For liquidation of obligations incurred pursuant to authority heretofore granted under this head, $10,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That this amount may be disbursed through the appropriation “Ordnance for New Construction, Navy”.
