Sec. 642. Limitations in enrollments, when administratively required to be applied during fiscal year 1954 to membership in the Army, Navy, or Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps shall be 67 Stat. 357 in effect only as to students in the third and fourth year of collegiate training.
