Sec. 303. Appropriations of the Department of Commerce available for salaries and expenses shall be available for expenses of attendance at meetings of organizations concerned with the activities for which the appropriations are made; hire of passenger motor vehicles; and services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U. S. C. 55a), but, unless otherwise specified, at rates for individuals not to exceed $50 per diem. This title may be cited as the “Department of Commerce Appropriation Act, 1954”.
