Payment to the Republic of Panama The Secretary of the Treasury shall cause to be paid annually out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $430,000 as a payment to the Republic of Panama in accordance with the Treaty of 1936 (53 Stat. 1818). Section 602 of the Departments of State, Justice, Commerce, and the Judiciary Appropriation Act, 1952, as amended (65 Stat. 599), is hereby amended as follows: At the end of the second proviso in the first paragraph and before the period, insert: “, Caribbean Commission and the Joint Support program of the International Civil Aviation Organization”.
