Sec. 610. So much of the authority of the Secretary of the Navy under section 201 of Public Law 910, Eighty-first Congress, to proceed with public works projects as is represented by the following amounts with respect to the following types of facilities is rescinded. Continental United States Ordnance facilities: $130,350. Supply facilities: $10,650. Outside Continental United States Fleet facilities: $168,118. Aviation facilities: $42,000.
