So much of the authority of the Secretary of the Navy under section 201 of Public Law 155, Eighty-second Congress, to proceed with public works projects as is represented by the following amounts with respect to the following installations is rescinded: Continental United States Naval amphibious base, Little Creek, Virginia: $220,000. Marine Corps air station, Cherry Point, North Carolina: $156,000. Naval training center, San Diego, California: $100,000. Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland: $770,000. Outside Continental United States Naval station, Adak, Alaska: $697,000. Naval operating base, Kodiak, Alaska: $700,000. Naval station, Subic Bay, Philippine Islands: $60,000. Naval mine and net depot, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba: $2,381,500. Naval ammunition depot, Lualualei, Territory of Hawaii: $410,000.
