SEC. 1571. AMENDMENTS TO THE OMNIBUS TRADE AND COMPETITIVENESS ACT OF 1988. The Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988 is amended by repealing sections 4201, 4202, 4205, 4206, 4211, 4212, 4213, 4305, and 4311 (7 U.S.C. 5211, 5212, 5215, 5216, 5231, 5232, 5233, 1736t note, and 1691 note, respectively).
