SEC. 2332. GOAL. It is a goal of the Federal government to make affordable advanced telecommunications available to rural residents, including services such as reliable facsimile document and data transmission, multifrequency tone signaling services, 911 emergency service with automatic number identification, interactive audio and visual transmissions, voicemail services designed to record, store, and retrieve voice messages, and other advanced telecommunications services.
