Sec. 201. Subsection 303 (a) of the Officer Personnel Act of 1947, is amended to read as follows: “Sec. 303. Of the number of officers determined under this section for each grade below captain not to exceed the following percentages may be officers designated for limited duty: In the grade of commander, 3.64 per centum; in the grade of lieutenant commander 8.62 per centum.”
