Sec. 1306. Subsection (a) of section 201 of the District of Columbia Use Tax Act (66 Stat. 124. ch. 146; paragraph 1 (a) of sec. 47–2701, D. C. Code, 1951 edition) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: “(5) The sale of any meals, food or drink, or other like tangible personal property for a consideration.”
