SEC. 2395. PRESERVATION OF ELIGIBILITY. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, this title shall not be construed to adversely affect the eligibility, as it existed on the date of enactment of this Act, of cooperatives and other entities for any other credit assistance under Federal law.
