Sec. 502. There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums of money as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes of this Act, but not to exceed— (1) for public works authorized by title I: Inside continental United States, $129,096,000; outside continental United States, $19,264,000; classified installations and facilities, $87,700,000; or a total of $236,060,000; (2) for public works authorized by title II: Inside continental United States, $102,042,000; outside continental United States, $36,493,000; classified installations and facilities, $63,358,000; or a total of $201,893,000; (3) for public works authorized by title III: Inside continental United States, $389,125,000; outside continental United States, $9,829,000; or a total of $398,954,000; and (4) for public works authorized by title IV: a total of $462,600.
