additional amendments relating to federal housing administration Sec. 127. Title VI of said Act, as amended, is hereby amended by adding the following new section at the end thereof: “Sec. 612. Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, no mortgage or loan shall be insured under any section of this title after the effective date of the Housing Act of 1954 except pursuant to a commitment to insure issued on or before such date.”
