SEC. 2016. SENSE OF CONGRESS CONCERNING COOPERATIVE ENFORCEMENT OF FEDERAL GRAIN PURITY REQUIREMENTS. (a) Findings.— Congress finds that the laws and regulations related to the purity and safety of grain that are administered by the Food and Drug Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency serve to insure the integrity of the United States as a supplier of wholesome grain. (b) Sense of Congress.— It is the sense of Congress that Federal agencies that are responsible for enforcing the laws and regulations relating to the quality, purity, and safety of United States grain exported and marketed domestically should seek assistance from and cooperate with the Federal Grain Inspection Service in the enforcement of the laws and regulations referred to in subsection (a).
