Government Printing Office working capital and congressional printing and binding The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the Government Printing Office for “Working capital and congressional printing and binding” for the fiscal year 1943 shall be available, without regard to fiscal year limitation, for payment of a claim settled by the General Accounting Office in favor of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad in the amount of $703.34 on account of services rendered during the fiscal year 1942.
