Commission on Intergovernmental Relations salaries and expenses For an additional amount for “Salaries and expenses”, $414,000: Provided, That said appropriation shall be available for the hire of passenger motor vehicles and shall remain available until March 1, 1955: Provided further, That the limitation under this head in the Second Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1954, on the amount available for expenses of travel, is increased to “$222,000”.
