Foreign Claims Settlement Commission of the United States administrative expenses (korean claims) For expenses necessary to enable the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission to carry out the provisions of the amendments of 1954 to the War Claims Act of 1948, as amended (50 U. S. C. App. 2004), including services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U. S. C. 55a), and expenses of attendance at meetings concerned with the purposes of this appropriation, the Commission is authorized to use not to exceed $100,000 of funds made available for administrative expenses of the War Claims Commission: Provided, That this paragraph shall be effective only upon the enactment into law of H. R. 9390, Eighty-third Congress.
