Availability of Funds.—

Sec. 507. Availability of Funds.— Except as otherwise provided in sections 104 (pertaining to infrastructure), 405 (pertaining to movement of migrants), 408 (a) (pertaining to North Atlantic Treaty Organization), and 412 (pertaining to Chinese and Korean students),68 Stat. 853 funds shall be available to carry out the provisions of this Act (other than sections 414 and 416) as authorized and appropriated to the President each fiscal year.
