Sec. 304. Sections 322 to 325, inclusive (7 U. S. C. 1322 to 1325), and section 326 (7 U. S. C. 1326), insofar as it is applicable to com, of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, are hereby repealed, and section 327 thereof (7 U. S. C. 1327), is hereby amended to read as follows: 68 Stat. 903 “proclamation of commercial corn-producing area “Sec. 327. Not later than February 1 of each calendar year, the Secretary shall ascertain and proclaim the commercial corn-producing area.”
