Sec. 307. Section 332 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, is amended to read as follows: “Sec. 332. Not later than May 15 of each calendar year the Secretary shall ascertain and proclaim the national acreage allotment for the crop of wheat produced in the next succeeding calendar year.”
