Repeal of Requirement of Certain Deductions Sec. 112. (a) No deductions shall be made pursuant to subsection (i) of section 203 of the Social Security Act from any benefits for any month after August 1954; and, effective September 1, 1954, such subsection is repealed. (b) No deductions shall be made pursuant to section 907 of the Social Security Act Amendments of 1939 (53 Stat. 1360, 1402), with respect to wages for services performed in 1939, from any benefits for any month after August 1954; and, effective September 1, 1954, such section is amended by striking out “1 per centum of any wages paid him for services performed in 1939, and subsequent to his attaining age sixty-five, and”.
