Sec. 601. (a) Section 2 (b) of the Performance Rating Act of 1950 (5 U. S. C., sec. 2001) is amended by striking out the period at the end thereof and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and the following: “(12) The Central Intelligence Agency.” (b) Section 9 of the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949, as amended (50 U. S. C., sec. 403i), is hereby repealed.
