Sec. 402. (a) Section 28 (d) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, approved July 22, 1954, is amended to read as follows: “(d) All articles coming into the United States from the Virgin Islands shall be subject to or exempt from duty as provided for in section 301 of the Tariff Act of 1930 and subject to internal-revenue taxes as provided for in section 7652 (b) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.” (b) Section 27 of the Act of August 1, 1950 (64 Stat. 392; U. S. C., 1952 edition, title 48, sec. 1421e), is amended to read as follows: “Sec. 27. All articles coming into the United States from Guam shall be subject to or exempt from duty as provided for in section 301 of the Tariff Act of 1930.”
