CITIZEN PARTICIPATION.

SEC. 285. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION. The Secretary shall ensure that each participating jurisdiction, and each jurisdiction seeking to become a participating jurisdiction, complies with the requirements of section 107 of this Act.
