Sec. 205. In addition to previous authorizations, the sum of $20,000,000 is hereby authorized to be appropriated for expenditure by the Department of Agriculture for the prosecution of the works of 68 Stat. 1266 improvement authorized to be carried out by that Department by the Flood Control Act of December 22, 1944, as amended.
