threats to do bodily harm Sec. 212. Section 2 of the Act entitled “An Act to confer concurrent jurisdiction on the police court of the District of Columbia in certain cases”, approved July 16, 1912 (D. C. Code, secs. 11–605 and 22–507), is amended to read as follows: “Sec. 2. That The Municipal Court for the District of Columbia shall also have concurrent jurisdiction with the United States District Court for the District of Columbia of threats to do bodily harm, and any person convicted of such offense shall be sentenced to imprisonment not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding $500, or both, and, in addition thereto or in lieu thereof, may be required to give bond to keep the peace for a period not exceeding one year.”
