PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES Sec. 408. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law or any contract or rule of law, the Public Housing Commissioner shall approve payments in lieu of taxes for project fiscal years ending prior to April 1, 1956, by each of the following local public agencies in the following amounts: Housing Authority of the City of Houston (Texas), $200,324.82.
