PUBLIC FACILITY LOANS Sec. 603. Title II of the Housing Amendments of 1955 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section: “Sec. 206. As used in this title, the term ‘States’ means the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the Territories and possessions of the United States.”
