§ 714. Reports to Congress on length of tours of duty outside United States by members of Army and Air Force The Secretary of Defense shall advise the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives, on April 1 and October 1 of each year, of the regulations governing the length of tours of duty outside the United States by members of the Anny and the Air Force, including any changes in those regulations.
