SEC. 3105. CONTRACTS AND GRANTS. (a) Minimization of Prior Approval Requirements.— Section 205 (33 U.S.C. 1124) is amended by adding at the end of subsection (d)(1) the following: “Terms, conditions, and requirements imposed by the Secretary under this paragraph shall minimize any requirement of prior Federal approval.”. (b) Acceptance of Funds From Other Federal Agencies.— Section 204(d)(6) is amended by striking “under section 205(a)”.
