Planning and construction of public works projects by military departments

§ 2661. Planning and construction of public works projects by military departments The Secretary of Defense shall maintain direct surveillance over the planning and construction of public works projects by the military departments. The Secretary shall keep currently and fully informed of the status, progress, and cost of, and other pertinent matters concerning, those projects.
