Quartermaster and ordnance property: sales

§ 4414. Quartermaster and ordnance property: sales The Secretary of the Army may sell to a person attending a school or camp established under section 4411 of this title quartermaster and ordnance property necessary for his proper equipment. Sales under this section shall be for cash.
