Army Reserve: transfer to upon withdrawal as member of Army National Guard
§ 3260. Army Reserve: transfer to upon withdrawal as member of Army National Guard Unless discharged from his enlistment as a Reserve, an enlisted member of the Army National Guard of the United States who ceases to be a member of the Army National Guard becomes a member of the Army Reserve. An enlisted member who so becomes a member of the Army Reserve ceases to be a member of the Army National Guard of the United States.
