Conferring of degrees on graduates

§ 7047. Conferring of degrees on graduates (a) The Superintendent of the Naval Postgraduate School, under regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Navy, may confer on any qualified graduate a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctor’s degree in engineering or a related field. (b) A degree may not be conferred under this section unless the curriculum leading to that degree is accredited by the appropriate professional authority.
