§ 5405. Marine Corps: officers on the active list Subject to section 5402 (a) of this title, the authorized strength of the active list of the Marine Corps is equal to 7 percent of the authorized strength of the Regular Marine Corps in enlisted members authorized by section 5402 (b) of this title.
