§ 5575. Regular Navy: Supply Corps Original appointments to the active list of the Navy in the Supply Corps may be made from male persons who— (1) are at least 21 years of age on July 1 of the calendar year in which appointed; and (2) have physical, mental, and moral qualifications satisfactory to the Secretary of the Navy.
