§ 5655. Naval Reserve: officers ordered to active duty When an officer of the Naval Reserve in a staff corps is ordered to active duty and placed on a lineal list, the Secretary of the Navy shall assign to him as his running mate an eligible line officer serving on active duty in the same grade and appropriate to his lineal position.
