SEC. 514. PUBLIC HOUSING RESIDENT MANAGEMENT. Section 20(f)(3) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437r(f)(3)) is amended to read as follows: “(3) Funding.—Of amounts made available for financial assistance under section 14, the Secretary may use to carry out this subsection not more than $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 and 1992.”.
