SEC. 541. DESIGNATION OF CERTIFICATE AND VOUCHER PROGRAMS. (a) Certificate Program.—Section 8(b) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437f(b)) is amended by striking “(b)(1)” 104 STAT. 4217and inserting “(b) Rental Certificates and Other Existing Housing Programs.—”. (b) Voucher Program.—Section 8(o) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C 1437f(o)) is amended by inserting “Rental Vouchers.—” after “(o)”.
