Hydrographic Office: pilot charts

§ 7393. Hydrographic Office: pilot charts (a) There shall be conspicuously printed on pilot charts prepared in the Hydrographic Office: “Prepared from data furnished by the Hydrographic Office of the Department of the Navy and by the Weather Bureau of the Department of Commerce, and published at the Hydrographic Office under the authority of the Secretary of the Navy”. (b) The Weather Bureau of the Department of Commerce shall furnish to the Hydrographic Office, as expeditiously as possible, all 457 meteorological information received by the Weather Bureau that is necessary for, and of the character used in, the preparation of pilot charts.
