§ 5084. Chief of Naval Operations: quarters The Secretary of the Navy may assign to the Chief of Naval Operations the public quarters constructed under the authority of 283 the Act of March 2, 1891, ch. 494 (26 Stat. 806), located at the United States Naval Observatory in the District of Columbia.
