Dealing in quartermaster supplies prohibited

§ 8631. Dealing in quartermaster supplies prohibited No officer of the Air Force who is engaged in the procurement or sale of quartermaster supplies may— (1) be directly or indirectly concerned, except on account of the United States, in the purchase or sale of any such supplies procured, supplied, or sold by the Air Force, or in its custody; or (2) take or apply to his own use any gain not allowed by law for transacting business connected with the duties of his office.
