authorization of appropriations Sec. 401. Section 4(a) of the Anadromous Fish Conservation Act (16 U.S.C. 757d(a)) is amended— (1) by striking paragraphs (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), and (6); (2) by redesignating paragraph (7) as paragraph (1); and (3) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(2) $8,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, and 1995.”.
