Reductions in Contract Authorizations

Reductions in Contract Authorizations Bureau of Public Roads: The unobligated balances of contract authorizations provided in section 4 of the Act approved June 8, 1938 (52 Stat. 634), and section 9 of the Act approved September 7, 1950 (64 Stat. 789), as amended by the Act approved October 15, 1951 (65 Stat. 421), are hereby canceled. The authorization in section 3 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1952 for forest highways for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1954, is hereby reduced by the sum of $15,900,000.
