Sec. 508. Al] housing units constructed under the authority of this Act shall be subject to the net floor area permanent limitations prescribed in the second, third, and fourth provisos of section 3 of the Act of June 12, 1948 (62 Stat. 375), or in section 3 of the Act of June 16, 1948 (62 Stat. 459), other than the first, second, and third provisos thereof.
