SEC. 2. REVISED AGREEMENT DEFINED.For purposes of this Act, the term “revised agreement” means the executive agreement concerning trade and related matters entered into by the President of the United States and the President of the Philippines on July 4, 1946, as such executive agreement is revised pursuant to the authority contained in section 201 of this Act.
