Sec. 804. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of the Interior shall convey to Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Blevins of Kuna, Idaho, by quitclaim deed or other appropriate instrument and without consideration, all right, title, and interest of the United States, excluding oil, gas, and other mineral deposits, in and to a parcel of public land described as the East half, Southeast Quarter (E1/2SE1/4) of Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, of the Boise Meridian in Ada County, Idaho.
