amendment to national housing actSec. 201. Section 223 (a) of the National Housing Act, as amended, is further amended as follows: (a) After paragraph (3) thereof there is added the following new paragraph: “(4) executed in connection with the sale by the Government, or any agency or official thereof, of any housing (including any property acquired, held, or constructed in connection therewith or to serve the inhabitants thereof) pursuant to the Atomic Energy Community Act of 1955, as amended: Provided, That such insurance shall be issued without regard to any preferences or priorities except those prescribed by the Atomic Energy Community Act of 1955, as amended; or”. (b) The paragraph numbered (4) is renumbered (5). (c) The paragraph numbered (5) is renumbered (6) and is revised to read as follows: “(6) executed in connection with the first resale, within two years from the date of its acquisition from the Government, of any portion of a project or property of the character described in paragraphs (1), (2), (3), and (4) above; or”. (d) The paragraph numbered (6) is renumbered (7) and the last proviso therein is amended by striking “(4) or (5)” and inserting “(4), (5), or (6)” and by striking “(3), or (5)” and inserting “(3), (4), or (6)”.
