Sec. 21. Section 1 of the Act for the Retirement of Public School Teachers, approved August 7, 1946, as amended, is amended by striking out “June 30” wherever it appeal’s in such section and inserting in lieu thereof “December 31”, provided that interest shall not be compounded as of December 31, 1955.
